  • Receive the Exhibitor Services Manual, including all exhibit order forms
  • Receive Exhibitor's mailing, including logo sheets, deadline dates, and housing and staff forms.
  • Book rooms for hospitality, parties, etc.
  • Design promotional campaign to media
3 Months
  • Submit editorial material for the Preview to the Show Publications Group
2 Months
  • Receive media list URL and password from the Key3Media Public Relations Department
  • Book press conference rooms from the Public Relations Department,if needed, and make arrangements for special audio/visual needs and catering
  • Begin notifying the media of your presence at the event
1 Month
  • Contact important media to invite them to your booth to discuss important new product announcements, corporate news, etc.
3 Weeks
  • Submit editorial material for the Daily to the Show Publications Group
  • Call to set up appointments with the media at the show

  • Review show goals, plans and activities with staff
