- Receive the Exhibitor Services Manual, including all exhibit order forms
- Receive Exhibitor's mailing, including logo sheets, deadline dates, and housing and staff forms.
- Book rooms for hospitality, parties, etc.
- Design promotional campaign to media
3 Months
- Submit editorial material for the Preview to the Show Publications Group
2 Months
- Receive media list URL and password from the Key3Media Public Relations Department
- Book press conference rooms from the Public Relations Department,if needed, and make arrangements for special audio/visual needs and catering
- Begin notifying the media of your presence at the event
1 Month
- Contact important media to invite them to your booth to discuss important new product announcements, corporate news, etc.
3 Weeks
- Submit editorial material for the Daily to the Show Publications Group
- Call to set up appointments with the media at the show
1 Week
- Review show goals, plans and activities with staff
- Prep booth staff and spokespeople
